Refund and Delivery Policy

Infoments Digital (“we”, “us”, “our”) makes and sells digital products such as Google Sheets templates, trackers, planners and guides. We’re based in India. “You” means anyone who visits our pages or buys one of our products.
Here’s how you receive a product after paying, and how refunds work if it isn’t for you. This policy covers every Infoments Digital product.
How you receive your product
- Right after a successful payment, Razorpay takes you to your product’s thank you page.
- For Google Sheets products, that page has a button for each sheet. Each button opens Google’s “Make a copy” screen. Click Make a copy and the sheet saves to your own Google Drive.
- For downloadable products, that page has a download link.
- Razorpay also emails you a payment receipt. The receipt doesn’t contain the product itself.
If your browser closed before the thank you page loaded, or you lost your links, email hari@harisundar.com with the email address you used to pay. We’ll send your links within 24 hours.
7-day refund
Not right for you? Email us within 7 days of buying, tell us what didn’t work, and we’ll refund the full amount you paid.
How to ask for a refund
- Email hari@harisundar.com within 7 days of your purchase date.
- Tell us which product you bought, and include the email address you used to pay or your Razorpay payment ID from the receipt.
- Tell us in a line or two what didn’t work. We read every answer and use it to improve the product.
When the money comes back
We start the refund through Razorpay within 2 working days of your email. The money goes back to the same card, UPI account or bank account you paid with. Banks usually take 5 to 7 working days to show it, though some are faster.
After a refund
Copies you made in your own Google Drive, and files you downloaded, stay on your side, so we can’t remove them. After a refund, we ask that you delete them and stop using the product.
After 7 days
After 7 days, sales are final, with two exceptions:
- Charged twice by mistake: we’ll refund the extra payment in full, at any time.
- The product doesn’t work and we can’t fix it: if a problem is caused by the product itself and we can’t fix it, we’ll refund you in full.
Cancellations
Our products are delivered the moment your payment succeeds, so there’s no order to cancel. If you change your mind, the 7-day refund above covers you.
