Terms of Sale

Infoments Digital (“we”, “us”, “our”) makes and sells digital products such as Google Sheets templates, trackers, planners and guides. We’re based in India. “You” means anyone who visits our pages or buys one of our products.
These terms apply to every product you buy from us. By completing a purchase, you agree to them. They’re written in plain English, so please give them a quick read.
What you’re buying
Our products are digital. Nothing is shipped to you. Each product’s page describes exactly what’s included, what you need to use it (for example, a free Google account for Google Sheets products) and its price. If a product page and these terms ever disagree, the product page wins for that product.
Price and payment
Prices are shown in Indian rupees on each product page and are paid once, unless the product page clearly says otherwise. Payments go through Razorpay, which offers the payment methods shown on its checkout page.
Delivery
Right after a successful payment, you’re taken to a page with your product. Depending on the product, that’s a button that makes your own copy of a Google Sheet, or a download link. If you close that page by mistake, email us and we’ll send your links again. Full details are in our Refund and Delivery Policy.
What you can do with a product
- Use it for your own work and your own life, for as long as you like
- Make as many copies as you need for yourself
- Change the wording, colours and settings to suit you
What you can’t do with a product
- Share, resell, give away or upload the product, its files or its access links, whether free or paid
- Sell it, or a version of it, as your own
- Buy one copy for a team or company to share. Each person needs their own copy, unless the product page offers a team option.
We keep the copyright in our products’ design, formulas and text.
Not professional advice
Our products are planning and organising tools. Unless a product page clearly says otherwise, they aren’t tax, legal, financial, medical or any other professional advice. Any dates, rules or figures inside a product were checked on the date shown in that product. Rules can change, so confirm anything important with a qualified professional or the official source before you rely on it.
Your entries
Templates and trackers are only as accurate as what you type into them. We build and test our formulas carefully, but you’re responsible for checking your own entries and results.
Third-party services
Some products run on services we don’t own, such as Google Sheets and Google Drive. If those services change how they work, some features may behave differently. If something stops working, email us and we’ll do our best to help or fix it.
Refunds
If a product isn’t right for you, email us within 7 days of buying, tell us what didn’t work, and we’ll refund you in full. See our Refund and Delivery Policy for how it works.

Limit of responsibility
As far as the law allows, our total responsibility to you for anything to do with a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We’re not responsible for losses that come from decisions you make using a product, from mistakes in your entries, or from changes other companies make to their services.
Law and disputes
These terms follow the laws of India. If we ever disagree, please email us first and we’ll try to sort it out quickly. If that doesn’t work, the matter will go to the courts of India.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your purchase is the one shown on this page on the day you bought.
